HPPI: TLP/VF-TLP/HMM High Voltage Pulse Generator
- HPPI VF-TLP / TLP / HMM High Voltage Pulse Generators are Ultra-fast 50Ω TLP output for package- and wafer-level test with flexibility in user-defined pulse width, rise time and optional built-in HMM* (require 0.6ns rise time).
- Fast measurement time, typically 0.2s per pulse including one-point DC measurement between pulses
- Max. no. of Built-in Pulse Width: 8 (0.5ns to 100ns)
- Max. no. of Built-in Rise Time: 6 (100ps to 50ns)
- TLP software: System control, measurement, waveform capture, data management, analysis, and control of semi-auto probe station for full wafer level test
- Optional Pulse Width Extender: increases pulse width up to 1.6μs in 68 programmable steps (Refer to Pulse Width Extender for details)
- Optional ESD Modules (External): Human Body Model (HBM), Machine Model (MM), ISO10605 pulse module and Charged-Coupled TLP (CC-TLP) can be integrated with the pulse generators for ESD evaluation and analysis (Refer to respective ESD modules for details)
- Optional Rise Time Pulse Module: 30ps rise time pulse module can be connected externally (Refer to Rise Time Filter/Pulse Module for details)
- Probe arm not included, refer to probing solutions for details
