High Power Pulse Instruments (HPPI) specializes in ESD measurement instruments and systems based on Advanced Transmission Line Pulse (TLP) technique that enables characterization of semiconductor devices and circuits in pulsed high current and high voltage time domain for package- and wafer- level including evaluation of Common Mode Transfer Interference (CMTI).
The TLP and Very Fast TLP (VF-TLP) can be integrated with Human Metal Model (HMM), Human Body Model (HBM), Machine Model (MM) and Charged-Coupled TLP (CC-TLP) in a single test system for device characterizations and evaluation of ESD.
