HPPI offers VF-TLP/TLP/HMM/HBM probing solutions for flexible pitch, fixed pitch, 2-wire and 4-wire setups

PS-5026B Portable Desktop Probe Station:

  • Compact size: 500mm(W) x 560mm(D) x 420mm(H), up to 300mm wafer chuck
  • Electrically isolated chuck with vacuum interface and wafer backside potential connector

PHD-3001A Micropositioner Probe Arm Kit:

  • The Precision Picoprobe™ Micropositioner Kit PHD-3001A enables wafer-level TLP/VF-TLP/HMM measurements in a 4-wire (Kelvin) pulse-force and pulse-sense configuration
  • Measurement Bandwidth: DC to 7GHz
  • Temperature Range: Ambient condition

PHD-4001A Compact Probe Arm Kit:

  • Multi-purpose, high-performance probe for VF-TLP/TLP/HMM/HBM force/sense probing as well as general RF measurements using the GGB Picoprobe Model 10® replacement probe tips
  • Measurement Bandwidth: DC to 7GHz
  • Temperature Range: -40 °C to 250 °C

PHD-HMM-48.1 HMM Pulse Force Probe Arm:

  • For HMM pulse referenced to system ground and can thus be applied on grounded test objects
  • Built-in high surge 48Ω pulse reflection suppression resistor up to 80 A peak

TPA-95 High Voltage TLP Probe Arm Kit:

  • Consists of two probe arms; TPA-95L and TPA-95R including tungsten probe tips and interconnection cable for variable pitch wafer-level TLP measurements
  • Both arms include a pulse sense 4.7kΩ pick-off tee which results in a voltage transfer ratio of 95:1 into 50Ω

TPA-GFG Flexible Probe Arm:

  • Recommended to be used for GND needle contact or general-purpose DC, twin-wire HBM, HMM or flexible pitch VF-TLP/TLP/HMM/HBM force/sense probing
  • Shaft can be rotated precisely in-line with the axis using a high precision gear (80:1) and knurling wheel. This helps to align the probe tip and needle of the setup

TPA-GFM Manual Probe Arm:

  • Recommended to be used for GND needle contact or general-purpose DC, twin-wire HBM, HMM or flexible pitch VF-TLP/TLP/HMM/HBM force/sense probing
  • Shaft can be rotated and fixed manually along its axis in the flange by a shoulder/fitting screw

GF-A, Flexible Pitch GND Fixture Clamps:

  • Used for flexible pitch wafer- or package-level probing using GGB’s Picoprobe™ model 10 probe tips
  • Custom GND wire length 5mm to 100mm with gold-coated spring-steel clamp with micro-machined groove for locking of the clamps on the probe tip
