HPPI: Rise Time Filter and Pulse Module
ORTF-XX, Rise Time Filter Module:
- Various rise time filter module from 10ns to 1200ns. Customized rise time upon request.
- The rise time filter can be connected directly at the pulse output of the high voltage pulse generator to generate a pulse rise time at the output of the filter.
- Rise time of the pulse at the input of the filter should be set to at least 100ps, significantly less than 1ns
- The filter is fully symmetrical (ie Input and output can be exchanged)
S-30ps, 30ps Rise Time Pulse Module:
- Standalone module that can be operated with HPPI pulse generators or high voltage power supply unit HV-CU10-A for Advanced VF-TLP and CC-TLP applications
- 500ps pulse width (customizable eg 100ps)
- Rise time of the pulse at the input of the filter should be set to at least 100ps, significantly less than 1ns
- Wide voltage range: sub 1V to 1kV pulse output voltage into 50Ω
IPM-30P, 30pa Rise Time Integrated Pulse Module:
- Standalone integrated pulse module that can be operated with HPPI pulse generators or high voltage power supply unit HV-CU10-A for Advanced VF-TLP and CC-TLP applications
- 500ps pulse width (customizable eg 100ps)
- Wide voltage range: sub 1V to 800V pulse output voltage into 50Ω
- Integrated −20dB pick-off tee for TDR DUT current and voltage measurements
- Integrated DUT switch for DC test and Kelvin-type pulse sense DUT voltage measurements
- Controlled automatically by HPPI software suite
