HPPI: Human Body Model (HBM) Module and Test System
HBM-SST-10A, ±10kV Solid State 2-Pin HBM Pulse Generator:
- True HBM In accordance to ANSI/ESDA/JEDEC JS-001 standard with C=100pF, R=1.5kΩ discharge network for package- and wafer-level
- Can be used as an optional extension (upgrade on request) for HPPI TLP pulse generators to provide VF-TLP/TLP/HMM and HBM in a single test system
- Alternatively, a standalone HBM test system can be configured using the HV-CU10-A high voltage controller
- Probe arm not included, refer to probing solutions for details
HBM-TS10-A, ANSI/ESDA/JEDEC JS-001 HBM 2-Pin Tester:
- True HBM test system in accordance to ANSI/ESDA/JEDEC JS-001 standard with C=100 pF, R=1.5kΩ discharge network for package- and wafer-level
- Include high voltage controller HV-CU10-A, HBM-SST-10A HBM pulse generator, S-3000C-LT DUT switch for 4-wire setup, test software with remote control API
- Probe arm not included, refer to probing solutions for details
HBM-SM30-B, ANSI/ESDA/JEDEC JS-001 30-pin HBM Tester:
- True HBM test system for package level in accordance to ANSI/ESDA/JEDEC JS-001 standard with C=100 pF, R=1.5kΩ discharge network mounted in a 19” rack and include 30-pin switch matrix, test socket mounted on a pogo-pin socket replacement carrier type 1 or type 2 that is easy to replace with safety interlock lid
- Software able to generate pin map, test setup and definition, DC test (pre/post spots and sweeps), transient HBM current and voltage monitoring, real-time task view, data analysis and data management
