ALPHA Analyzer features 2- electrodes for Dielectric, Conductivity, Impedance Spectroscopy and Gain Phase measurements
BETA Analyzer has the same functionality of ALPHA and additionally supports 3- and 4- electrode configurations that can be of advantage used to partly compensate electrode; sample interface polarization or contact impedance effects
Option B: Both analyzers support DC bias of 40V (70mA)
DETACHEM software for fully automatic measurements, data display and analysis and assisted automatic self-calibration with diagnosis compensates long term internal drift and verifies functionality
Frequency Range: 3uHz to 40MHz (Options of 300kHz, 3MHz, 20MHz, 40MHz)
Impedance Range: 10mΩ to 100TΩ
Capacitance Range: 1fF to 1F
