  • HPPI CMTI High Voltage Pulse Generators are 50Ω pulse output with flexibility in user-defined pulse width and rise time for Static and Dynamic Common Mode Transfer Interference (CMTI) evaluations of digital isolators according to IEC-60747-5-5 and IEC-60747-17
  • Max. no. of Built-in Pulse Width: 8 (1ns to 100ns)
  • Max. no. of Built-in Rise Time: 6 (100ps to 50ns)
  • Control Interface: USB, Industrial isolated and EMI/ESD protected
  • Optional Pulse Width Extender: increases pulse width up to 1.6μs in 68 programmable steps (Refer to Pulse Width Extender for details)
  • Application Programming Interface (API): Software macros to control pulse generator in standalone operation
  • Optional Pulse Width Extender: increases pulse width up to 1.6μs in 68 programmable steps (Refer to Pulse Width Extender for details)
  • Optional Rise Time Extender: may increase up to maximum of 24 customized rise time (0.1ns to 1.2us)
  • Probe arm not included, refer to probing solutions for details
