The HVB Series High Voltage Test Interface is an extension to Alpha-A modular measurement system for dielectric, conductivity, and impedance measurement in 2- electrode configuration. Typically for test and analysis of non-linear dielectric and impedance spectroscopy of materials and devices, electronics and ion conduction studies, Ferroelectrics and FLCs, leakage current of insulator and material degradation tests under electric stress (cables, bushings, dielectrics, general insulators)

• HVB300:

  – AC Out: 5mVrms – 106 Vrms, 70mA max
  – DC Bias: ±150VDC, 70mA max (Require Alpha-A Option B)
  – Voltage Input: < ±150 Vp DC Coupled

• HVB1000:
  – AC Out: 20mVrms – 353Vrms, 3.3mA max
  – DC Bias: ±500VDC, 3.3mA max (Require Alpha-A Option B)
  – Voltage Input: < ±500 Vp DC Coupled
• HVB4000:
  – AC Out: 20mVrms – 1414 Vrms, 2.7mA max
  – DC Bias: ±2kVDC, 2.7mA max (Require Alpha-A Option B)
  – Voltage Input: < ±2kVp DC Coupled
