TREK/MONROE: CHARGE PLATE MONITOR (CPM)
ADVANCED ENERGY’s Charge Plate Monitors are designed to accurately evaluate air ionization systems that neutralize accumulated static charge and compliance to ANSI/ESD-STM3.1 and IEC 61340-5-1.
Applications include:
- Testing of ionizers; include room ionization systems, AC/DC blowers, nuclear ionizers, gun type and pulsed DC ionizers
- ESD monitoring of sensitive manufacturing processes for semiconductor and LCD
- Dissipative Test of Materials
