BESTSCOPE: Inverted Microscope

  • Inverted Microscope has the light source and condenser positioned above the stage, and the objective lenses located below the stage. The condenser directs light from above, through the specimen, and then the objective lens collects the magnified image from below. An optical system redirects the light path upward to the eyepiece.
  • Inverted microscopes require objective lenses with longer working distances due to the bottoms of culture vessels are thicker than standard microscope slides. The sample is viewed from beneath the stage, allowing observation of samples in their original culture vessels without the need to mount them on slides.
  • Additionally, inverted microscopes can also be configured with fluorescence illuminator.
  • Unless otherwise stated, culture vessels of different sizes are available as options.

  • BS-2090 Infinite Optical System with 30° inclined trinocular tube and interpupillary distance of 48mm to 75mm. Quintuple Nosepiece. Working Distance of 72mm with condenser and 150mm without condenser. Fixed Phase annular plate for 10X and 20X. Plain Stage 160mm × 250mm and Auxiliary Stages 70mm × 180mm.   • BS-2094 Series NIS 60 Infinite Optical System with 45° inclined Seidentopf Binocular Viewing Head and Interpupillary distance of 48mm to 75mm. Quintuple Nosepiece. BS-2094A/B working distance: 72mm with condenser and 187mm without condenser, BS-2094C working distance: 75mm. Phase annular plate for 10X, 20X and 40X. Attachable mechanical stage; Stage size: 170mm x 250mm with glass insert plate (Φ110mm), moving range: 120mm x 80mm. Universal Holder: used for Terasaki plate, glass slide and Φ35-65mm petri dishes. BS-2094A and BS-2094C has an intelligent illumination management system (coded Quintuple Nosepiece), the illumination intensity will automatically change after you change the objectives for best illumination effect and [2] has a LCD screen to show the working mode like magnification, light intensity, transmitted or fluorescence light source, etc. BS-2094AF/BF/CF is configured with EPI-Fluorescence Attachment.

  • BS-2097MM Integrated BS-2097 Inverted microscope with micromanipulator, hardware control and software for microscopic injection and operations. High precision X-Y-Z three-axis control and real-time. 20mm travel distance, 100nm resolution movement. Two control modes, joystick or software, are available. Both modes allow motion speed selection. The R-axis and T-axis can be manually adjusted to meet various operational requirements to facilitating high-precision displacement adjustments. The software features precise point-to-point and input displacement positioning, one-key return to zero, one-key needle finding, and position recording. It also includes one-key return to recorded positions. Additionally, it offers screen pointing for automatic positioning after point selection and macro-operation functions.
