• PN-12α: Single-Point, Contact Type by thermo-electromotive force method (seebek effect). Resistivity Range: 1mΩ.cm to 20kΩ.cm
• PN-50α: Single Point, Non-contact conductivity type (P/N) checker for quick check using Photovoltaic effect by light pulse irradiation technique. Resistivity Range: 0.1Ω.cm to 1kΩ.cm
• PN-8LP: Single Point, Non-contact conductivity type (P/N) checker for quick check using Photovoltaic effect with 650nm laser diode, battery operated. Resistivity Range: 0.1Ω.cm to 2kΩ.cm
• PN-100BI: Multi-Point, Non-contact Inline P/N checker module using Photovoltaic effect with laser diode. Suitable for Solar wafer production line and transportation system. Resistivity Range: 0.1Ω.cm to 100Ω.cm
